altus-dynamicsCanadian based Microsoft ERP & CRM solutions provider Altus Dynamics announced today that their customer Sudbury Catholic District School Board, has just gone live, on time and on budget with Altus Dynamics EDU Financials & Portals.

In early 2012 Sudbury Catholic DSB appointed Altus Dynamics to supply, install, implement, support and maintain a new Financial Accounting System. The Board needed to update their financial system so they could gain more efficient operational processes from a more modern solution and technology platform.

Phase 1 (Core Financials & Portals) commenced on May 1st with a very tight timeline and a hard completion date to coincide with the start of the new school year.

“Sudbury had high expectations of our Altus Dynamics EDU solution to help them improve the efficiency of their core operations and finance functions. When a hard deadline is also added into the mix, planning and resourcing of the project has to be very tightly monitored and managed.” commented Founding Partner, James Faw. “Delivering another project on time and on budget not only makes for satisfied customers but also gives our people a great sense of achievement.”

Sudbury Catholic has now joined other Boards including York Region DSB, Bruce-Grey Catholic DSB, Avon Maitland DBS, Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools and Louis Riel School Division on the Altus EDU platform.

“We’re very pleased Phase 1 has gone so well and I know the team are looking forward to equally successful future Phases. I truly believe that our mature EDU Suite of solutions, developed and refined over many implementations in the Canadian School Board market, means we are able to deliver for our clients on a consistent basis.” said Altus Dynamics’ Managing Partner, Colin Dickinson.
