I recently joined Altus Dynamics as the Client Relationship Director and bring with me more than 25 years of experience in implementing Client Care best practices. In the past, my work has lead to improved client relations and continued overall satisfaction with the performance of their financial management solutions.
As a continuation of the steps that we have already taken in this area, my primary focus will be to help improve our customers' satisfaction and ensuring that their solutions meet their needs. I have spent the last few weeks reviewing Altus’ success stories, issues of concern and current best practices and while I have found that the Altus commitment to our client is amongst the highest in the industry, I did find several areas where we will create improvements. Altus is truly a company committed to its clients’ success, and I look forward to reaching out to our customers and and talking about how we are accomplishing this.
