How can Microsoft Dynamics CRM better manage the information you hold?

Posted by Chris Carre on Jul 4, 2013 5:00:00 PM

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a constituent relationship management tool that allows organizations to manage contacts (constituents), accounts, donations, events, and much more. The solution's strength comes from a singular database that allows users to get a holistic view of their organization. Instead of silos of information or spreadsheets for each department, Reports and Dashboards draw from live information and put it at a user’s fingertips.

Although most CRM’s are seen as a sales tool, Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a flexible application that can do so much more and has allowed us to work with Public Sector organizations to create solutions that solve specific challenges faced by not for profits. Unlike some products in the market you don’t have to be a computer programmer to tailor it to how you work; Fields, Views, and Reports can all be added/ removed without code changes, eventually allowing an organization to maintain their own solution.

I’ll be hosting a live webinar on July 11th on Dynamics CRM where you’ll learn how to insert and analyze data into the solution. I’ll walk you through the entry of a contact to the creation of a Dashboard from a user’s perspective. Whether you’re looking for a donation management, member management etc tool, attendees will see how the flexibility of Microsoft Dynamics CRM allows the solution to grow with your ever-changing industry.

Register for your free spot on our "Make the information you keep useful not a burden" webinar now. I hope you can join me.
