We understand that reporting to the Ministry of Education is very important for K12 School Boards in Ontario, who are continuously looking for ways to improve upon their reporting process. That is why we are pleased to present new features that produce data in ministry format for Schedule 10 (10.1, 10.2, 10A, 10B) to help our clients improve their reporting to the Ministry. This new functionality will dramatically reduce the time, effort, and headache required to create reports for the Ministry. Schedule 10 is the first of an entire suite of Schedules that we plan on rolling out in this new format.
We currently provide valuable report data for the Ministry, but now we have improved upon that process by not only providing the data in the Ministry’s format, but also automating the process so that data is directly populated from your finance system right into the Ministry’s Schedule 10 template in Microsoft Excel.
In less sophisticated systems, this process must be done manually by copying data between systems and spreadsheets. Data can be in systems that act as “black boxes”, which means you cannot drill down into data that looks questionable to get a more accurate and detailed visibility into the calculation behind the data. With our new Schedule 10 functionality, you can drilldown into the source data that makes up this calculated value right from Excel, and validate if the data is correct.
- Up-to-date and always current with Ministry templates
- Accurate and reliable data
- Saving time and reduce effort to create reports

Since reporting to the Ministry of Education is such a critical process for K12 School Boards in Ontario, this new functionality will help school administrators create Schedule 10 reports more efficiently and accurately.
