DCLS expects the Altus Dynamics platform to reduce administration costs, improve budgeting, improve accountability for funds spent and improve the frontline services it provides to individuals with disabilities in Delta, British Columbia. Altus Dynamics powered by Altus Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM aims to provide Delta Community Living Society with a complete, flexible and integrated solution in the areas of financials, human resources, payroll, employee scheduling, and employee collaboration portals.
The flexible nature of the Microsoft platform is also a considerable cost saving benefit; it can allow DCLS to rapidly modify its accounting and reporting processes in the face of regulatory and business change, with minimal investment in IT resources. Financial information is designed to be readily available to personnel in the field through Altus Dynamics Employee Portals, empowering staff to gain access to budget reports, increasing insight into budget availability from purchasing regardless of their location. Most importantly, Delta will have the capability to make informed decisions on frontline operations. With just one system in place, DCLS expects to be able to divert considerable funds from administering the back office to frontline services.
