Solution Road-mapping – new program designed by Microsoft to help you plan out how you would like to leverage and grow your Microsoft and Altus solutions in future years. This program helps you to evaluate your solution fit, assess any returns on this investment and identify solution areas you can take advantage that could help create increased efficiencies. This is a free service for all Diamond Support and Platinum Maintenance Plan Customers.
Customer Satisfaction Survey – as a means to support how we can continue to listen to our clients and learn how we can improve our services we are conducting annual customer satisfaction surveys. We appreciate your feedback and the time you take to share your insights.
eLearning webcasts – since the beginning of 2009 we’ve been offering free eLearning webcasts. This program has been a resounding success. For 2010 we plan on continuing to offer this free to all Diamond Support and Platinum Maintenance Plan customers.
Customer Support and Maintenance Programs
Gold Support – Access support through pre-paid blocks of time. Support packages come in blocks of 20 hours used annually. It’s a great way to budget and plan for support and alternative to Diamond Support.

Diamond Support – You shared with us that you wanted predictable, easy to access support from Altus. We listened! New in 2009, we now offer an unlimited support plan with many productivity benefits for you and your team.
