Altus Alliance is a reminder to us how much we love our customers. It’s always a pleasure to spend time with our customers, listen and learn how we can be the best partner we can to them as they leverage our solutions. We continue to be inspired by what they do and the difference we make in their communities.
As we ramped up for Alliance everyone here at Altus Dynamics worked hard on their presentations, all very excited about what we can show to our customers. In this year’s Alliance, we have managed to showcase our biggest year in company history, with some great accomplishments including;
- The release of Altus Dynamics ERP 2013, based on NAV 2013 and celebrated the completion of the Certified for Microsoft Dynamics process for this solution. We’ve had 2 additional releases since last July including some exciting enhancements for our Employee Portals. We’ve increased our customer base and added some fantastic new customers as well as upgrades, all going live on our latest 2013 release. These include St. Christopher House and District of Thunder Bay Social Service Administration Board.
- Dynamics CRM has shown us great promise and this year it was no different. Our customers are gravitating to CRM’s powerful relationship management capabilities, including formidable extensibility, solid sales force and marketing automation, and insightful dashboards and reporting. This year we also launched Donor Engage, powered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Its sensational solution we are very proud of this year and will expect big things.
After 10 years, we were able to announce some pretty impressive statistics – like over 19,000 users on our solutions – Dynamics NAV, Dynamics CRM and our Employee Portals based on SharePoint. We have a fantastic team at Altus Dynamics that we continue to invest in with cross- training, skill and professional development.
There’s a lot to be proud of at Altus Dynamics – our people, our solution and our customers. We feel very lucky that we have Alliance to show our thanks to our customers.
