Altus Dynamics To Provide For The Future Stakeholder Management Needs Of The Association of Canadian Pension Management

altus-dynamicsThe Association of Canadian Pension Management (ACPM) is a national, not-for-profit professional association that represents Canadian pension plan sponsors, administrators and their service providers. As an association with thousands of stakeholders, the board of directors realised that in order to service their members efficiently they needed to utilise the latest technology to, amongst other things, centralise databases, improve member management and facilitate better event planning.

"We knew we wanted a solution based on the Microsoft platform as we had previously seen the capabilities of Dynamics CRM and were very impressed. We had discussed possible implementation partners with Microsoft Canada and they directed us to a list of qualified potential suppliers. We then went through an RFP process and finally selected Altus Dynamics based on their experience, reputation and our confidence in their apparent ability to deliver” commented ACPM’s CEO, Bryan Hocking. “They didn’t give us the hard sales pitch, but talked about the challenges we were facing and how Dynamics CRM could be tailored to meet them." he added.

With its highly configurable architecture Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a flexible tool that can be used to build databases, manage the sales pipeline, communicate with donors, manage volunteers, in fact a myriad of applications. The flexibility is further enhanced by the ability to deploy on-premise or in the Cloud, subject to clients’ budgets and requirements.

“We are very proud of the fact that we have been able to create so many great tools for our clients based on the CRM platform. Also with the arrival of CRM 2011 the user experience has been greatly enhanced with seamless integration to Office applications like Outlook. The interface is also a hit with our clients who love the new dashboards.” commented James Faw, VP of Product Innovation at Altus Dynamics. “And it is gratifying to know that our reputation as a go-to Microsoft partner for Dynamics CRM implementations precedes us. Sure it’s great to be the no. 1 in Canada for Dynamics CRM online sales, and 7th globally, but when that comes back in the form of prospective clients saying they are looking forward with confidence to working with us due to our reputation, it’s a great feeling. It gives the whole organization a real sense of pride in our achievements”, added Managing Partner, Colin Dickinson.

ACPM joins other Altus Dynamics CRM clients including Grain Farmers of Ontario, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada, Pathways to Education and the Canadian Sports Centre Ontario.
