"When Nicola and I started Altus almost 10 years ago as a focused organization serving the Public Sector in Canada, little did we dream that our company would reach a pinnacle such as this. To be recognised by Microsoft as one of their top 4 Dynamics Partners serving the public sector amongst the entire worldwide network is incredible.” commented Altus Dynamics Founding Partner and VP of Product Innovation, James Faw. And lightning truly can strike twice, as Altus Dynamics are also a finalist in the Microsoft Cloud Partner of the Year category.
The Awards are presented in multiple categories, with finalists chosen from a set of nearly 3,000 entrants worldwide. The Microsoft Dynamics Public Sector Partner of the Year Award recognizes a partner who exhibited excellence in providing innovative and unique solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics to organizations in the public sector. The finalists demonstrated industry knowledge and expertise, as well as consistent, high-quality, predictable service to Microsoft Dynamics customers. They also demonstrated business leadership and success through strong growth in new customer additions and revenue.
“We are proud to recognize our 2012 Partner Award finalists for their outstanding commitment to solving customer challenges,” said Jon Roskill, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group, Microsoft Corp. “Our partners are critical to our success as a company, and it is their creativity and innovative thinking in solving the unique needs of our customers that serves as the foundation for mutual, long-term success. We congratulate this year’s finalists on their achievements and look forward to following their continued success in the future.”
The vision behind the creation of Altus Dynamics was to develop an organization that would focus exclusively on implementing the best applications available in the market, in the best possible way for Public Sector customers. This commitment to the Public Sector stemmed from both a personal affinity of the Founders and a professional history of involvement with organizations in the Public Sector. Coupled with this vision is an absolute belief in the Dynamics solutions developed and supported by Microsoft. Being shortlisted as a finalist in the category which encompasses these two foundations is a reflection of the organization living and being guided by its philosophy.
“WPC is Microsoft’s biggest Partner focused event of the year. We always get great value from attending and when we heard it would be held in Toronto in 2012, we were very excited at the prospect of having it in our backyard. Now that we are attending as one of only a handful of Canadian companies shortlisted for an award, well two actually, from nearly 3,000 entries, we’re ecstatic.” said Colin Dickinson, Managing Partner of Altus Dynamics.
