altus-dynamicsAltus Gives Back is about infusing how we can contribute back to our clients and non-profits across Canada,” said Nicola Dickinson, VP of Marketing and Founding Partner. “Our focus on corporate citizenship is an acknowledgement that we strive to make a difference both through our corporate mission and through our individual professional and personal contribution.

With programs that support volunteerism, granting and non-profit involvement, Altus’s corporate citizenship commitment is to:

  • Be a good steward of the environment by implementing green business practices; educating employees about green practices; encouraging employees to serve as volunteers with important environmental causes and contributing back to the environment through donations and grants;

  • Serve others both through good business practices and through philanthropy by enabling employees to earn extra vacation days with the Volunteer for Vacation program; and

  • Strengthen the community through technology solutions, employee volunteerism, and grants; make a positive impact on communities.

As a national company focused exclusively in the non-profit, education and government sectors, the organization is accountable to its customers and stakeholders. Working to meet their needs, Altus is committed to creating value for its employees, the wider society, and to managing its business sustainably.

The goals of Altus Gives Back are the foundation for all our corporate citizenship work and inspire us every day. By setting specific and measurable goals, we can monitor the difference we can make over time.  We are committed to generating contributions through grants, volunteerism, and technology solutions that create a positive impact on local communities and the environment,” says Greg Dimmock, VP of Customer Services at Altus Dynamics.

I’m proud to be a part of Altus Dynamics and our new ‘Give Back’ program.  Working with non-profits today is very rewarding and now being able to formalize how we can contribute to the non-profit community really enhances my work experience at Altus.  Its great to be a part of this dynamic team and this important initiative,” shares Andrew Hazen, Project Manager at Altus Dynamics and Committee co-chair of Altus Gives Back.
