Altus Dynamics CRM to further enhance the valuable services provided by Pathways to Education Canada

The tailored solution is designed to provide the organization with better data analysis and tracking in addition to improving efficiency of Pathways’ operations that are aimed at helping youth from low-income communities graduate high school.

By using Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a solution development framework, an organization like Pathways can invest once, yet benefit from multiple applications. Another benefit is that organizations can drastically reduce the cost of future applications, paying back the cost of initial investment.

“I was aware of the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM but it was a matter of finding a partner company that understood how to tailor and implement the solution in the non-profit space.
