The Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA) is the nation’s largest sales association, with 27,000 members from all across Canada. As an organization that works to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and professionalism of the sales community, it was important for them to have a software solution that reflects their mission. Meeting their criteria, Altus Dynamics will implement Altus Dynamics NAV 2013, Jet Reports, and Dynamics CRM with ADX Portals.
Initially they had purchased an ERP solution from another provider, but the solution did not truly mirror their organization’s needs. Taking those learnings, they went searching for a more suitable solution, selecting Altus Dynamics to do a new implementation with Altus Dynamics NAV 2013 and upgrade and enhance their Dynamics CRM solution. With an expected go live date of late 2014, CPSA will benefit from integrated solutions that give more insight into the company as a whole including finances, member management and portal information. With a CRM solution tailored to the non-profit sector it mirrors what the association is looking for in a software system and will increase efficiency with no unnecessary customizations and configurations.
Additionally with the implementation of Jet Reports, an Altus Dynamics partner, they will gain access to in-depth reporting tools and have seamless integration to the Altus Dynamics NAV financial management solution. Jet Reports also provides a user friendly, intuitive framework required by CPSA.
Another partner, ADX Studios, will also be implementing their portals solution with the Canadian Professional Sales Association. They will provide the capability to create portal websites and offer several additional tools such as polls, case management, forums, and knowledge management. The ADX portals fully integrate with Dynamics CRM and can be managed from within the CRM environment, avoiding multiple log-ins. Users will be able to manage page layouts and make website changes from within the company CRM window.
