Altus Alliance Summary

Posted by Nicola Dickinson on Mar 10, 2015 10:30:00 AM

Alliance_718We had another successful year with our annual client conference, Altus Alliance, and we wanted to take a moment to thank all of our customers and sponsors who make this conference possible to run every year.

Here are some highlights from Altus Alliance 2015:

Keynotes

On Thursday morning we had Altus Dynamics CEO, Colin Dickinson as our keynote speaker. He used this time to introduce the attendees to the vision that Altus Dynamics has for the future of our products. He outlined the innovation, the platforms, and the solutions that are paving the way for the next generation of product releases from Altus Dynamics.

Friday we were honored to have Julia Deans, CEO of Futurpreneur as our keynote. Most recently Julia Deans was named Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winner 2014. Futurpreneur is a non-profit organization that has helped almost 7,000 Canadians ages 18-39 launch start-ups with business coaching, financing, mentoring, among other resources. Julia presented in her keynote the background of Futurpreneur, while also highlighting the success they and their entrepreneurs have had.

The Sessions

With over 50 sessions taking place at this year’s conference there was a lot to do and see. We started on day one of the conference with sessions including several ‘What’s New’ presentations, a CRM 2015 reveal session, an HR Track and an entire Technical Track for all of our IT guests. On day two we had several more sponsorship sessions, tips & tricks for NAV, a hands-on learning lab and our attendee prize draw.

Customer Awards

We were delighted to announce the winners of this year’s customer awards at our reception that took place Thursday evening. The lucky ones were;

Leadership – Bruce Grey Catholic District School Board

Impact – TV Ontario

Partnership – Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver

Innovation – Futurpreneur Canada

Let's Be Social Success

At this year’s conference we launched a Let’s Be Social campaign at the beginning of the event. The person who tweeted about the conference the most, using the #altusalliance, would receive a prize!

The responses were overwhelming, the engagement was great, and it was fantastic to see the conference through our attendee’s eyes.

Here are some of our favorite tweets from the conference:
